Additional Payment Information
-
Understand that if your payments are late, your son/daughter will IMMEDIATELY become ineligible to participate in practices and tournaments until the balance is paid and up to date.
-
If the season ends with an overdue balance, the balance will remain with Sideout Sports, therefore the player will not attend any other program. In addition, the player will be reported to the Region, which may result in future ineligibility.
What are Club Fees?
-
Each athlete’s club fee covers a portion of the team's expenses.
-
Club fees are NOT based on a monthly basis, the fee covers the season as a whole. Entering the payment plan should not be confused with a monthly membership, such as a gym.
-
Once the contract is signed, the full amount listed on the contract is to be paid whether in full or with a payment plan.
What happens if my child gets injured?
-
We have partnered with a company called U.S. Sports Club Insurance (USSCI), which provides insurance to club families in the event that their daughter is injured playing a club sport.
-
The insurance costs are approximately 3%-5% of the club fee and in the event that your daughter gets injured they will either pay us the remainder owed for the season or if you paid in full, will pay you the difference.
-
This insurance helps protect both parties from the financial strain of any injury during the club season.

What happens if my child quits the team?
-
As described under the first section, the full amount listed on your contract is to be paid in full.
-
When an athlete leaves a team, their portion of the team expenses are still owed.
-
When accepting the position, you accept to both play for that team, as well as cover the associated costs.
Season Adjustments
-
Practice Cancellations - We do our best to offer as many practice hours as possible for our athletes. The estimated amount of hours given in our Parent/Player contract will be offered during the season regardless of having to cancel a few practices due to weather, holidays or any other unforeseeable issues.
-
Tournament Cancellations - If a tournament is cancelled, we will do our best to find a replacement tournament as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event we cannot find a replacement, the tournament fees for that tournament will be refunded.
